Sage Restaurant is located in the heart of the Boston’s historic North End. This elegant bistro awakens the corner of Prince Street serving Regional Italian and New American cuisine. Chef and proprietor Anthony Susi transforms old world classics into the new world masterpieces. Chef Susi strives to preserve the authenticity and simplicity reminiscent of his Italian roots while at the same time creating fresh inventive interpretations of the classics.
