For the sixth consecutive year, U.S. News & World Report named Merrimack College a top ten regional school in its rankings of colleges nationwide. Ranked seventh in 2007 as a Best Comprehensive College – Bachelor’s – in the north, Merrimack has been named a top tier regional school for eight consecutive years in its America's Best Colleges issue. Merrimack enrolls 2,000 full-time and 300 evening students from more than 26 states and 17 countries. The college offers a four-year and a five-year Cooperative Education program for all majors. It is one of the best nationally and one of the longest-running in the Northeast.
