Bob's homemade meatloaf, fried chicken, BBQ Ribs and even the original "Bob's" macaroni and cheese are still featured on the menu. Settles has also added Cajun dishes such as crab cakes, mustard fried catfish, jambalaya and shrimp etouffé. Today, live jazz is a hallmark of dining at Bob's -- every Thursday through Saturday night, some of Boston's most prominent jazz artists perform at the restaurant.
