Hotels Near TD BankNorth Garden Boston

The West End of Boston may be the place to stay if you are in town for a concert or sporting event at Boston's TD BankNorth Garden, formerly the Fleet Center. (Home of the Celtics, Bruins). The neighborhood has many good Sports Bars and Restaurants right in the area. It's close to Mass General Hospital and Science Park (Hayden Planetarium, Museum of Science). Transportation could not be any easier with North Station T Subway and Amtrack. The Onyx and the BulFinch Hotel offer luxury accomodations that are worth considering. If you are on a real tight budget there is the Shawmut Inn - very basic accommodations. This area can be loud and night and perhaps a bit seedy so don't walk alone late at night. The newest hotel in the area is the Liberty, and features a cool Jailhouse theme.
