Description: Strut the red carpet and take in a night of fun and laughter at Banned in Boston, when Bostons political, artistic, civil and corporate leaders act up and sing out to benefit Urban Improv, the nationally acclaimed violence prevention program for Boston youth. The 2010 line-up for the one-night-only musical comedy revue includes local celebrities, media personalities, politicians, and business and community leaders who will rally together to put on an impromptu show of hilarity, musical satire, and skits.
Legendary for their antics, the 2010 Banned in Boston cast will include favorites like Aerosmith bassist Tom Hamilton; Governor and Mrs. Deval Patrick; Attorney General Martha Coakley; Boston Mayor Tom Menino; better half of President and CEO of the Boston Red Sox, Stacey Lucchino; WGBH Greater Boston host Emily Rooney; President of GLAAD, Jarrett Barrios; Red Sox Foundation Exec. Meg Vaillancourt; President of Boston City Council Mike Ross; Broadway star Nancy Anderson and many more!
